2. Information processed when you visit
This is a static website. We do not currently operate a newsletter, contact form, advertising pixel, advertising analytics or personal account system on these pages. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP address, browser details and security logs, to deliver the pages, detect abuse and maintain the service.
3. Payments and order information
If sales are activated, checkout takes place on Digistore24's own order form. We receive signed payment notifications containing the order reference, purchased product, buyer email and payment status. This information is used to issue and revoke secure digital access. We do not collect card numbers on this website.
4. Why information is used
We process order references, email addresses and product entitlements to fulfil paid orders, respond to buyer enquiries, prevent unauthorised file access and handle refunds. The secure access area uses a necessary session cookie that lasts up to 24 hours. For UK and EU visitors, the legal basis and retention schedule must be confirmed for the operating entity before sales begin.
5. Retention and service providers
Our intended hosting and secure delivery infrastructure uses Cloudflare Pages, D1 and private R2 file storage. Digistore24 processes payments separately. Order records should be retained only as long as needed for fulfilment, support and legal obligations; hosting/security logs follow provider retention policies. We do not use optional advertising analytics on this site.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection regarding personal information. Contact suport@make.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
